FTP access details

FTP transfer is the most popular way to copy / move website files to the server. Alternatively, you can use File Manager in your cPanel.

You need the authentication details (username and password) from cPanel, this data being sent via email together with the data of the hosting account after the order is processed by us.

Host Name (FTP Host / Server Address): domain.com;
Login (Username / User): username
Password: password
Encryption: Requires Explicit FTP over TLS

For additional FTP accounts, Login / Username / User is as follows: ftpuser@domain.com


Optional
Port: 21
Host Directory: public_html

NOTE: If you have problems connecting, try activating / deactivating the Passive Mode.
